Organizations

Sway2Go! Recovery Ballroom was designed for non-dancers to teach ballroom dancing in recovery communities. We train individuals and organizations how to use ballroom dance to support their existing wellness programs. Would you like the ability to provide enjoyable and interesting learning experiences on-site at your location? What about classes and events taught and organized by members of your own staff? Ballroom dance classes provide socially engaged experiences that are healthy, fun and filled with smiles. Ballroom dance is a wonderful way to exercise, and learners typically improve communication and partnership skills through their participation in the activity.

We will train your staff to lead Sway2Go! Recovery Ballroom dance classes at your location. Upon completion of the 8-hour training program, your staff will be able to teach ballroom dance lessons on-site. Over time, your organization will develop a social-exercise program that supports your clients, invigorates your staff and supplements your recovery model. We help you build sustainable learning opportunities using ballroom dance. Without any prior experience with teaching or ballroom dancing, we can help your staff learn how to guide others through our Sway2Go! Recovery Ballroom dance classes. Yes, we can!

Ballroom dance lessons help promote self-efficacy and improve individual well-being. Lessons taught at your location, provide safe and healthy socialization opportunities that build confidence and introduce healthy life choices. Unique staff-led experiences, such as teaching a ballroom dance class for recovery participants, infuses new energy and excitement into existing relationships at your organization. We know that you can energize your staff and inspire your recovery community through ballroom dancing. We've seen lives changed time and time again.
